Your shop gets its own QR and link. Print it once and stick it on the counter.
File uploads from the phone
PDF, Word, photo or JPG. Up to 500MB, so a full book also works. Customer picks size, colour and copies. Price is shown before payment.
Cash first, then print
Customer pays you directly. You tap Cash Received in the dashboard. Only then does the shop computer print. No advance print, no unpaid job.

Common questions
Do I need a new computer or printer?
No. PrintSetu works with your existing Windows computer and printers. The shop agent app connects them to your dashboard.
What if the customer pays only partly?
The dashboard does not accept a partial payment as full payment. Cash must be equal to or more than the total, and a shop UPI payment must match the total exactly with a 12-digit UTR.
Can one shop use two computers?
Yes. You can pair more than one named computer to one shop, and revoke any one computer from the admin without touching the others.
Does PrintSetu keep my print money?
No. Customers pay you directly, in cash or to your own UPI. Only the monthly platform subscription goes to the platform.
What happens if I do not renew?
After the grace period, the shop stops receiving new orders until renewal is approved. Old records stay safe.
